A Sanky-panky, or more commonly, Sankie, is a male sex worker, found in the Caribbean in general. A sanky-panky solicits on beaches and has clients of both sexes. When with men, the Sanky-panky assumes the role of a superior homosexual male, who takes the role of a top, but when with women, assumes the role of an ideal lover.
